Today, we’re deepening that commitment with the formal launch of the Statt Advisory Board: a bipartisan group of senior leaders from across government affairs, corporate policy, public affairs, and public administration who are helping define what policy work looks like in the age of AI.
Shaping the future of policy work
The role of the policy professional has never been more consequential. Today’s policy leaders guide enterprise risk, shape business and political strategy, navigate regulatory complexity, and increasingly define how their organizations adopt and deploy AI responsibly.
The members of this Advisory Board reflect that shift. They are embedding AI into the core of policy work and influencing how their broader organizations approach the technology. We selected them for their perspective and impact, and intentionally designed a bipartisan group that represents the full range of the policy profession.

A two-term governor and former presidential candidate, O’Malley has spent more than two decades at the intersection of executive policymaking, public administration, and civic technology.
Francois Chadwick, Chief Financial Officer | Cohere
Ex-Global Senior Executive at Uber, Francois leads the finance function as Cohere scales globally and across its product lines and solutions that help enterprises become more efficient and productive. Prior Global and National Partner in Charge of Emerging Giants practice at KPMG.
Peter Cherukuri, Media Executive and Startup Founder

Steve Clemons, Chairman and CEO | Widehall
Steve is the Chairman and CEO of Widehall and editor at large of The National Interest. Previously, he was a senior editor at The Atlantic, The Hill, National Journal, Quartz, and was founding editor at large of Semafor. He is Co-Chair of the GLOBSEC US Initiative and a Member of the Advisory Board of the Starr Center for the Study of the American Experience at Washington College.
Courtney Geduldig, Founder and Managing Partner | Vantage Road Partners
Courtney Geduldig is the Founder and Managing Partner at Vantage Road Partners, advising CEOs and boards on corporate affairs, policy, and stakeholder strategy. Daniel Marti, Head of Public Affairs and Global Policy | Tencent
Head of global public affairs and member of Tencent Americas Management Committee. Previously led global public affairs at FTSE 100 RELX Group, served as Vice Chairman of the U.S. Chamber’s GIPC, and was President Obama’s IP Czar. He also serves on various for-profit and non-profit boards.

Ja’Ron Smith is a Partner at CGCN Group and former Deputy Assistant to President Trump. Smith served as a senior White House advisor on domestic policy and was a principal architect of major bipartisan initiatives, including criminal justice reform and the Opportunity Zones program.
A long-term commitment to the policy profession
The Advisory Board will meet quarterly with Statt’s leadership team and provide direct input on product direction, go-to-market strategy, brand building, customer and partner introductions, and the use cases and integrations Statt’s custom-engineering team builds for customers.
